Visualization Analysis of Research Trends in Lower Extremity Deep Vein Thrombosis Based on Web of Science

  • 摘要:   目的   基于文献计量学探讨2013—2024年下肢深静脉血栓(deep vein thrombosis,DVT)的全球研究趋势。  方法   检索科学网核心数据库(web of science core collection,WOSCC)中DVT有关的文献,检索时限为2013年1月—2024年2月,应用VOS viewer、R语言环境Bibliometrix包软件对筛选后的文章进行可视化分析。  结果   经过筛选共纳入1836篇文章,其发文量自2013年以来逐年上升,但近2年呈下降趋势。68个国家或地区中,美国以711篇文章(38.7%)领先,其次为中国475篇(25.9%)、日本86篇(4.7%)。美国与加拿大的合作最为频繁(频率=34),美国的国际合作出版率(multiple country publications,MCP)最高。在1872个机构中,哈佛大学(74篇,4.0%)、加州大学(66篇,3.6%)和梅奥诊所(61篇,3.3%)的发文量居前三。Journal of vascular surgery-venous and disorders (103篇)发表和引用最多。发文量前5的作者ZHANG YZ、ZHU YB、GU JP、ZHANG K、CHEN W共发表73篇文章,且合作关系紧密。关键词前三为deep venous thrombosis (频率=631)、Venous thromboembolism (频率=431)和pulmonary embolism (频率=201)。  结论   下肢深静脉血栓的研究热度逐年上升;当前研究热点是肥胖、验证、髋部骨折、先天性畸形;但深静脉血栓形成、肺栓塞的危险因素及预防等研究仍需进一步研究和探索。
