Research Progress of miRNA-145 in Malignant Tumors of Digestive System

摘要: MiRNA-145在大多数消化系统恶性肿瘤中下调,普遍认为其是一种肿瘤抑制因子,可以通过作用于多种细胞因子、靶向多条通路中的各种基因从而抑制不同肿瘤细胞的生长,显著降低肿瘤细胞的扩散能力,提高肿瘤细胞对化疗药物的敏感性,进而发挥其抗肿瘤作用。就miRNA-145在消化系统恶性肿瘤中的表达及其作用进行综述。Abstract: MiRNA-145 is down-regulated in most malignant tumors of the digestive system and is widely considered as a tumor suppressor that can inhibit the growth of different tumor cells by acting on various cytokines and targeting various genes in multiple pathways, it can significantly reduce the proliferation of tumor cells, improve the sensitivity of tumor cells to chemotherapeutic drugs, and then exert its anti-tumor effect. In this paper, the expression and role of miRNA-145 in malignant tumors of digestive system were reviewed.
