The Mechanism of Histones and TLRs in Venous Thrombotic Diseases

  • 摘要: 近年来随着产科高危妊娠的增加及诊断技术的提高,临床对妊娠合并静脉血栓性疾病的关注度逐年增加,尽管已识别出诱发深静脉血栓的各种危险因素,但血栓形成的机制尚不完全清楚。研究表明组蛋白在静脉血栓疾病中有着重要作用,通过TLRs或炎症通路激发炎症,促发血栓形成。旨在对组蛋白通过TLRs激发炎症诱发静脉血栓性疾病作一概述,为以后产科静脉血栓性疾病的预防和治疗提供新的突破点。
