Expression and Significance of CARP, Myo and α1-microglobulin in Serum of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的 探究CARP、Myo、α1-微球蛋白在急性心肌梗死患者血清中的表达及意义。 方法 选取2019年2月至2019年8月在东南大学附属中大医院接受治疗的急性心肌梗死患者65例为本研究AMI组,另选取同期于东南大学附属中大医院接受常规体检的健康志愿者65例为本研究对照组。使用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)对血清心锚重复蛋白(CARP)进行检测,化学发光免疫法检测Myo水平,免疫透射比浊法检测α1-微球蛋白、cTnI、hs-TNI水平。 结果 与对照组研究对象比较,AMI组患者血清CARP、肌红蛋白、α1-微球蛋白、cTnI、hs-TNI水平较高,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。CARP、Myo在急性心肌梗死中呈正相关(r = 0.399,P = 0.001);CARP、α1-微球蛋白在急性心肌梗死中呈正相关(r = 0.446,P = 0.001);Myo、α1-微球蛋白在急性心肌梗死中呈正相关(r = 0.463,P = 0.001)。CARP、Myo、α1-微球蛋白与cTnI、hs-TNI水平均呈正相关(P < 0.05)。 结论 CARP、Myo、α1-微球蛋白在急性心肌梗死中水平异常升高,与cTnI、hs-TNI水平具有一定相关性,检测CARP、Myo、α1-微球蛋白水平能为急性心肌梗死患者早期的诊断、治疗及预后提供重要的参考依据,具有一定的临床价值。 Abstract:Objective To explore the expression and significance of CARP, Myo and α 1-microglobulin in serum of patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods From February 2019 to August 2019, 65 patients with acute myocardial infarction who were treated in our hospital were selected as the AMI group of this study, and 65 healthy volunteers who received routine physical examination in our hospital at the same time were selected as the control group of this study. Serum cardiac anchor repeat protein (CARP) was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), Myo level by chemiluminescent immunoassay, α1-microglobulin, cTnI, HS-TnI level by immunoturbidimetry. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of serum CARP, myoglobin, α1-microglobulin, cTnI and HS-TnI in AMI group were higher, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). CARP and Myo were positively correlated in AMI (r = 0.399, P = 0.001); CARP and α1-microglobulin were positively correlated in AMI (r = 0.446, P = 0.001); Myo and α1-microglobulin were positively correlated in AMI (r = 0.463, P = 0.001). There was a positive correlation between the levels of cTnI and HS-TnI. Conclusions The levels of CARP, Myo and α1-microglobulin are abnormally increased in acute myocardial infarction, which has a certain correlation with the levels of cTnI and HS-TnI. The detection of CARP, Myo and α1-microglobulin can provide an important reference for the early diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction, and has a certain clinical value. -
