Research Progress of Exosomal miRNA in Hepatocellular Carcinoma

摘要: 外泌体是一种由不同细胞分泌的囊泡小体,它通过多种机制促进肝癌的发生发展,目前对于外泌体miRNA在肝癌中作用的研究引起了广泛关注;并根据外泌体miRNA的特性,从而更好地了解肝癌的发生机制,这对肝癌的诊断、治疗有重要意义。对外泌体miRNA在肝细胞癌发展过程中的相关研究进展作一综述。Abstract: Exosomes are vesicle bodies secreted by different cells, which promote the occurrence and development of liver cancer through various mechanisms.At present, studies on the role of exosomal miRNA in liver cancer have aroused wide attention.According to the characteristics of exosomal miRNA, the pathogenesis of liver cancer can be better understood, which is of great significance for the diagnosis and treatment of liver cancer.In this paper, the research progress of exosomal miRNA in the development of hepatocellular carcinoma is reviewed.
