Risk Factors of Gastroesophageal Reflux in Patients with Swallowing Disorders

  • 摘要: 吞咽功能障碍严重影响人民群众的身心健康，已成为一个重大的临床医疗及公共卫生问题。GERD是吞咽障碍患者常见的并发症之一，与吞咽功能障碍有非常显著的相关性。正确掌握吞咽障碍患者GERD危险因素，早期识别可能发生GERD的高危人群，在临床护理过程中积极采取预防对策，对降低吞咽障碍患者GERD的发生率有着重要的临床意义和价值。目前，未见吞咽功能障碍发生GERD的流行病学调查研究，对GERD的机制及其造成的误吸的影响因素研究也较少。对吞咽障碍患者发生GERD的危险因素进行文献综述，旨在为临床早期预防提供参考依据。
    Abstract: Swallowing disorders seriously affect people’s physical and mental health and has become a major clinical and public health problem. GERD is one of the common complications in patients with dysphagia and has a very significant correlation with swallowing dysfunction. Risk factors of GERD in patients with dysphagia should be identified, so as to detect the high-risk population of GERD early, and actively take preventive measures in the process of clinical nursing, which has important clinical significance and value to reduce the incidence of GERD in patients with dysphagia. At present, there are no epidemiological studies on GERD caused by swallowing dysfunction, and there are few studies on the mechanism of GERD and the influencing factors of aspiration caused by GERD. To review the risk factors of gastroesophageal reflux disease （GERD） in patients with dysphagia so as to provide a reference for early clinical prevention. At present, there are no epidemiological studies on GERD in swallowing disorder patients, and there are few studies on the mechanism of GERD and the influencing factors of aspiration. This paper reviews the risk factors of GERD in patients with dysphagia, and provides reference for early clinical prevention.
