Advances in the study of heparin-binding protein and serum amyloid A in AECOPD co-infection of the lung

摘要: 慢性阻塞性肺疾病是一种常见、多发、死亡率较高的呼吸系统慢性疾病,感染是造成慢阻肺急性加重最主要的诱因;近年来,血清淀粉样蛋白A及肝素结合蛋白作为较新的感染指标,因其反应迅速,检验灵敏度、特异度较高等优势,在呼吸系统疾病领域越来越受到关注。将对HBP、SAA在慢阻肺急性加重合并肺部感染方面的研究进展进行概括归纳,为临床诊断和评估预后提供参考。

Abstract: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is a common, frequent and high mortality chronic disease of the respiratory system, while infection is the main cause of acute exacerbation of COPD; In recent years, serum amyloid A and heparin-binding protein have received increasing attention in the field of respiratory diseases as newer indicators of infection because of their rapid response, sensitivity and specificity; This article will summarize the research progress of HBP and SAA in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with pulmonary infections, and provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and assessment of prognosis. -
