Advances in Arthroscopic Suture Techniques for Meniscal Injuries

  • 摘要: 半月板在膝关节中有传递负荷、减震、关节润滑、增加膝关节在各个方向上的稳定性等重要的作用。半月板损伤是膝关节损伤的常见疾病,会导致膝关节剧烈疼痛,并伴有膝关节活动受限,严重影响患者的生活质量。关节镜下微创治疗已经成为目前半月板损伤治疗的主要方式,尽可能挽救半月板形态、结构已成为目前治疗半月板损伤的共识。通过介绍半月板的结构与功能,损伤机制,重点介绍关节镜下半月板损伤治疗的几种缝合技术,并分析其优缺点,以期为关节镜下缝合半月板的临床研究提供一定的借鉴作用。
