Research Progress of miRNA-145 in Malignant Tumors of Digestive System

  • MiRNA-145 is down-regulated in most malignant tumors of the digestive system and is widely considered as a tumor suppressor that can inhibit the growth of different tumor cells by acting on various cytokines and targeting various genes in multiple pathways, it can significantly reduce the proliferation of tumor cells, improve the sensitivity of tumor cells to chemotherapeutic drugs, and then exert its anti-tumor effect. In this paper, the expression and role of miRNA-145 in malignant tumors of digestive system were reviewed.
