Research Progress of Exosomal miRNA in Hepatocellular Carcinoma

  • Exosomes are vesicle bodies secreted by different cells, which promote the occurrence and development of liver cancer through various mechanisms.At present, studies on the role of exosomal miRNA in liver cancer have aroused wide attention.According to the characteristics of exosomal miRNA, the pathogenesis of liver cancer can be better understood, which is of great significance for the diagnosis and treatment of liver cancer.In this paper, the research progress of exosomal miRNA in the development of hepatocellular carcinoma is reviewed.
