Abstract

Abstract

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of flunarizine combined with ginkgo-damole in elderly patients with vertigo. Methods A total of 76 elderly patients with vertigo from July 2019 to July 2020 in Kunming Second People's Hospital were selected as the subjects and divided into two groups by random number table method. The observation group （n = 38 cases） was given flunarizine combined treatment on the basis of the treatment in the control group. The effect of the patients was evaluated after 4 weeks of treatment, and the total effective rate, hemorheology level, and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups, drug safety. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P < 0.05）. There was no significant difference in hemorheology level between the two groups before treatment （P > 0.05）. The hemorheology level of the two groups was significantly decreased after 4 weeks of treatment （P < 0.05）. At 4 weeks after treatment, plasma viscosity, fibrinogen, whole blood low-cut viscosity and whole blood high-cut viscosity in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P < 0.05）. After 4 weeks of treatment, il-6 and Hs-CRP levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P < 0.05）. There was no significant difference in adverse drug reactions between the two groups during treatment （P > 0.05）. Conclusion The combined application of flunoperizine and ginkgo damo in elderly patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo is effective, the improvement of hemorheology index is obvious, and the level of inflammatory factors can be effectively improved, which is worthy of popularization and application.
