  • Overactive bladder (OAB) is a common condition in women. Current guidelines recommend the use of urodynamics (UDS) only in complex cases, but recent studies have shown that UDS plays a key role in the diagnosis  and treatment  of idiopathic OAB in female patients . This article reviews the progress of urodynamic testing in the management of women with OAB.
