Objectives To discuss the feasibility of inducing differentiating BMSC(Bone Mesenchymal Stem Cell)to urothelial epithelia in vitro,and to look for a new source of seed cell for the form of bladder in tissue engineering.Methods We extracted the pig's bone marrow in vitro,then primarily cultured them,and enpanded and identified BMSCs.We obtained the urothelial epithelium tissue by mechanical separation,and primarily cultured,amplified and identified the urothelial epithelium,and collected the culture supernat...
