Objective To investigate the career planning situation of village-oriented medical students(also named as tuition-free medical students),analyze the existing problems,and provide some reasonable suggestions on village-oriented medical students' education.Method 100 village-oriented medical students were investigated by questionnaires and 20 students were given in-depth individual interview to learn their career planning.Results The primary reasons that contribute to their choice of profession are financial ...
