Objective To treat the full-thickness skin defect by SIS transplantation.Method The freeze dried and sterilized SIS were transplanted to the rabbit with full-thickness skin defect,then the repairation effect was observed at 1 week,2 weeks,4 weeks.Result The satisfactory effect was obtained by SIS transplantation.Conclusion The SIS can be used as a kind of the tissue engineered materials.
