Abstract

Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinic features of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients complicated with pulmonary embolism(PE)Method The clinical data of 42 COPD patients complicated with PE were retrospectively analyzed and compared with the data of 42 COPD patients.Results In the COPD with PE group,the incidence of chest pain,hemoptysis,fever,pleural effusion and asymmetric leg edema were obviously higher than that of only COPD group,and pulmonary artery pressure was significantly higher in t...
