Abstract

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the clinical application of T-SPOT.TB(enzyme-linked immunospot assay in detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection)in diagnosis of HIV/AIDS and TB patients.Methods We used the T-SPOT.TB to detect T cells with sectetion of IFN-r specific for M.tuberculosis antigents in blood samples from 60 HIV/AIDS patients suspected with tuberculosis,30 healthy persons and 20 patients with other diseases.Results Among 60 HIV/AIDS patients suspected with tuberculosis,35 cases were diagnosed with...
