Objective To discuss the potential role of C-type natriuretic peptide(CNP)in vascular restenosis prevention after aortic sac plasty by observating the influence of CNP on the intima hyperplasia.Methods Reconstructed plasmid pcDNA3.1/hCNP was transfected with polyethylenimine(PEI)by catheter method in iliac artery of rabbit model of atherosclerosis.The expression of pcDNA3.1/hCNP was confirmed with RT-PCR,immunohistochemistry and Western blot.The hyperplasia of intima was detected with elastic fibers stainin...
