Abstract

Abstract

Objective To investigate the expressions and significance of ADAM10,EGFR and E-cadherin in hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemistry and real time PCR were used to detect the expressions of ADAM10,EGFR and E-cadherin in 40 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma and analyze their relationshipship with clinic pathorelation.Results The expressions of ADAM10,EGFR and E-cadherin were significantly related to cancer epistom in portal vein,transplantation in liver,cell differentiation,size of cancer,and dis...
