Abstract

Abstract

Objective To compare the morphological changes between the Xuanwei lung cancer primary cells and established Xuanwei lung adenocarcinoma cell line XWLC-05.Methods Xuanwei lung adenocarcinoma cells and XWLC-05 cell line were cultured with 10% fetal bovine serum RPMI Medium 1640,and the growth characteristics of them were explored through observing the morphological changes and comparing the number of lung cancer cells at different time points.Results The primary lung cancer cells cultured in our laboratory g...
