Abstract

Abstract

Objective To investigate the expression of APC and NeuN in the lung adenocarcinoma cell lines A549 and its significance.Methods Cell lines A549 were cultured and their morphological changes were observed.After culturing for 1 day and 5 days,expression of APC and NeuN in cells were detected by immunohistochemistry and the change of positive staining cells were counted.Results APC and NeuN expressed in human lung adenocarcinoma cell lines A549 in vitro.In the process of cell growth,the expression of APC reduc...
