Abstract

Abstract

Objective To study the expression and cell viability changes of GDNF in lung adenocarcinoma cell lines A549.Methods Lung adenocarcinoma cell lines A549 were cultured and morphological changes were observed.Cells were counted and cell viability were detected by MTT method after culturing for 1d and 5 d.timultaneously,GDNF positive cells were detected by immunohistochemistry and statistically analyzed.Results The cell number of lung adenocarcinoma cell lines A549 was significantly increased in 5 d group,compa...
