Abstract

Abstract

Objective To investigate the expression and its significance of nestin in human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells.Methods RPMI Medium 1640 with 10% fetal serum was used to culture lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells,the expression of lung cancer markers and nestin was detected by immunohistochemisry.Results Staining of the mouse anti-human p63 protein,mouse anti-human cytokeratin 7,mouse anti-human thyroid transcription factor in four lung cancer markers were positive.Nestin was expressed in some lung cancer cells....
