Expression of GDNF,BDNF,NT3 and NT4 in Human Lung Adenocarcinoma Cell Lines A549

  • Objective To investigate the expression of neurotrophic factors(GDNF,BDNF,NT3,NT4)in human lung adenocarcinoma cell lines A549 and explore the functional significance.Method After cell lines A549 were cultured and morphological changes were observed,the expression of neurotrophic factors GDNF,BDNF,NT3 and NT4 were detected by immunohistochemistry in cell lines A549 on 3 days.Result Neurotrophic factors GDNF,BDNF,NT3and NT4 were expressed in part of cell lines A549.Conclusion The neurotrophic factors GDNF,BD...
