Abstract

Abstract

Objective To investigate the value of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of knee joint's diseases.Method 28 knee joints of 14 patients were examined with high-frequency color doppler ultrasound to observe the synovial membrane,joint capsule effusion,cartilage and blood flow.Results The symptoms of arthritis including synovitis,joint capsule effusion and(or not)cartilage destruction were detected in 23 knee joints in 14 patients.No symptoms of arthritis were found in 5 knee joints.Conclusio...
