Abstract

Abstract

Objective To observe the expressional changes of proNGF apoptosis pro-signal molecules in human brain gliomas and its clinical meanings.Methods RT-PCR(Reverse transcription poly-merase chain reaction)was used to detect the expressional changes of proNGF,Sortilin and P75 in human brain gliomas,and 10 cases of normal tissue around the gliomas were used as the control.Results All the factors were detected in gliomas,and lowly expressed in normal tissues,and there was statistically significant difference betwee...
