Abstract

Abstract

Objective To discuss early diagnosis and treatment of tethered cord syndrome(TCS)by analyzing the clinical data of 46 cases.Method Examinations in nervous system,urodynamic study and MRI were conducted in all cases.The surgical release of TCS was performed in all cases and the therapeutic effectiveness after operation was graded according to the physical improvement of the patients:excellent,effective and ineffective.Results The degree of untethering achieved at surgery for tethered cord syndrome was assess...
