Abstract

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effects of combination therapy of probucol,atorvastatin calcium and aspirin drugs(PAS)on patients with atherosclerosis.Method 120 patients with ischemic cerebrvascular disease and carotid arteriosclerosis were randomly divided into three groups:PAS group,AS group and A group,40 patients in each group.Patients in the PAS group were treated with probucol(0.5 g/d),atorvastatin calcium(20 mg/d)and aspirin(100 mg/d),patients in AS group were treated with atorvastatin calcium(20 mg/d)...
