Abstract

Abstract

［Abstract］Objective　To explore and evaluate the effect of comprehensive weight reduction protocols on obese college girls．Methods　30 ibese cikkege gurks were divided into experimental group and control group（n＝15）． The experimental group were trained according to the design of the integrated programme，the control group were trained by only general physical exercise．The form，quality，performance and body fat indexes were detected． Results　The difference value on body weight，chest measurement，vital capacity and body fat were 8.16 kg 2.17 cm，768.01ml and 8.11% in two groups，The difference value in physical quality 50 m cm，standing long jump， Sit-ups，and 800 m were 0.69 s， 13.98 cm， 18.65 and 20.58 s in two groups．Body weight and chest circumference were decreased by 6.09 kg and 1.75 cm，vital capacity was increased by 589.68 mL in college girls of the experimental group，compared with proexperiment．Conclusion　Comprehensive weight reduction protocols is an of effective measure and method for weight reduction and physique enhancement in obese college girls.
