Abstract

Abstract

［Abstract］Objective　To study the clinical effect for treating the impacted anterior maxillary teeth by surgery and orthodontics．Method　19 cases with impacted anterior maxillary teeth were treated by surgical and orthodontic approach and aligned into the dentition．Results 1 case of maxillary central incisor was stoped treatment after three months traction for other reasons．The rest cases were all successfully tracted and aligned into the dental arc，well occluding relation and no complications．Conclusion　Combined treatment of surgery and orthodontics is an effective method to treat the impacted anterior maxillary teeth.
