Abstract

Abstract

［Abstract］Objective　To evaluate the value of Endoscopic Ultrasonography in diagnosis of primary sclerosing cholangitis．Method　We performed retrospective analysis on EUS images of 8 cases proven primary sclerosing cholangitis．Results　The whole common bile duct wall of 8 cases were thickening and lumens were narrow．Bile duct wall of 3 cases were echo enhancement，intrahepatic bile ducts of 4 cases were mild ectasia，gallbladder volume of 2 cases were augmentation，Portal lymph node of 4 cases were enlargement，Portal Vein of 1 case was slightly ectasia．Conclusion　Endoscopic Ultrasonography has good prospects in diagnosis of bile duct diseases
