Abstract

Abstract

［Abstract］Objective　To enhance the cognition about clinical characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis patients with and without HIV(+)/AIDS．Methods　The Group A was 42 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients with HIV(+)/AIDS，and the GroupB was 50 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients without HIV(+)/AIDS，who were admitted in The Third People's Hospital of Kunming from January 2010 to January 2011．A retrospective cohort study was conducted in the two groups．Results　There were statistical significant differences between the two groups in the incidence rate of extrapulmonary tuberculosis（χ2＝16.745，P＝0.01），the PPD test（χ2＝7.068，P＝0.008），the examination of immunocompetence（χ2＝77.072，P＝0.01）and the examination of imageology（χ2＝14.313，P＝0.000）．Conclusion　The difference between the two groups is obvious in the clinical manifestations， the diagnosis and therapy
