Clinical Observation of the Changes of Blood Coagulation in Patients after Gynecological Tumor Surgery

［Abstract］Objective　To explore and analyze the clinical changes of blood coagulation in patients with gynecologic tumor after tumor resection. Method 128 patients with gynecologic cancer admitted in our hospital from August 2013 to December 2014 were taken as the research objects， these 128 patients with gynecologic tumor were selected as the experimental group，and meanwhile 128 normal women were selected as the control group. The plasma prothrombin time（PT），activated partial thromboplastin time（APTT）， thrombin time（TT），fibrinogen in blood（FIB）and D - dimer level（D-dimer）of the patients with gynecologic tumor before the surgery were monitored and compared with the ones after the surgery and a comparison was made between the patients with gynecologic tumor and the normal women. Results　Through the comparison of the plasma prothrombin time（PT），activation activated partial thromboplastin time（APTT）， thrombin time（TT），fibrinogen in blood（FIB） and D - dimer （D - dimer） level of the patients，we found that before the surgery， each indicator of the patients in the experimental group was higher than the control group，after the completion of the surgery，each indicator of the patients in the experimental group was lower than before the surgery. Conclusions The plasma prothrombin time（PT），activated partial thromboplastin time（APTT），thrombin time（TT）， fibrinogen in blood（FIB）and D dimer （D-dimer）levels of the patients with Gynecological tumor patients are in a high level before the surgery，the gynecological patients have a hyperfunction of the blood coagulation，and the patients are in the prethrombotic state，through the monitoring of each indicator of blood coagulation in the patients，the incidence of thrombosis after the completion of the resection performed to the gynecological patients can be reduced .
