The Effect of Propofor Combined with Shufen on Analgesia，Analepsia and Adverse Reactions of Laparoscopic Myomectomy

［Abstract］Objective To investigate the effect of propofor combined with ShuFen on analgesic， analepsia and adverse reactions of laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods　A retrospective analysis method was used to analyze the clinical data of 100 patients with hysteromyoma from March 2014 - June 2015，and the enrolled 100 patients were randomly divided into observation group（50 cases）and control group（50 cases）. Patients in the observation group were treated by propofol combined ShuFen treatment, and patients in the control group were treated by single propofol treatment. Then we observed the analgesic effect，waking time after operatioon, breathing recovery time, orientation recovery time and the incidence of adverse reactions of patients in two groups. Results Through the observation，we found that there was a statistically significant difference in the postoperative analgesia effect between the observation group and the control group（P < 0.05）. The orientation recovery time and postoperative awakening time and respiratory recovery time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P < 0.05）. There was a statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reaction between the control group and observation group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion　Propofol combined with ShuFen has good analgesic effect in laparoscopic uterine fibroids rejecting operation，it can not only shorten the patients' consciousness recovery time and the orientation recovery time，but also can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients at the same time，so it is worth popularization and application in clinic.
