Abstract

［Abstract］Objective To investigate the effect of three-dimensional power Doppler transvaginal ultrasound（3DPD-TVS）quantitative analysis of ovarian masses perfusion parameters and evaluate the value of it in identification of the malignant and benign ovarian masses. Methods 101 ovarian masses were examined with 3DPD-TVS and the corresponding parameters: the resistance index （RI），vascularization index （VI），flow index （ FI）,vascularization flow index （VFI） were analyzed. Then the results were compared with the postoperative pathological results．Results　VI，FI，VFI values with ovarian malignant tumor group were significantly higher than those in benign tumor group ，the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05）. RI showed no significant difference between malignant tumor group and benign masses group（P＞0.05）．Conclusion　Transvaginal three-dimensional power Doppler ultrasound can be used to objectively and quantitatively analyze of ovarian masses and provide certain reference value for the identification of malignant and benign ovarian masses.
