Application of Personalized Care with Health Education in Prevention and Control Nursing of Children Infected with Foot and Mouth Disease

［Abstract］Objective　To investigate the application of personalized care with health education in prevention and control nursing of children with hand， foot and mouth disease. Methods　Sixty cases of foot and mouth disease admitted in our hospital from June 2012 to January 2015 were randomly divided into two groups: observation group and control group. The children patients in the control group were given conventional treatment， while the patients in the observation group received personalized care with health education based on the conventional treatment， then the therapeutic effect was compared between two groups. Results The difference in the therapeutic effect was statistically significant between the two groups（P＜0.05）， the effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%， and the cure rate was 86.67%， significantly higher than 76.67%， 43.33%， the differences were statistically significant（P＜0.05）. The healing time and rash subsided time of the observation group were （5.67 ± 2.38） d，（3.12 ± 0.89） d， respectively，shorter than the control group（11.23 ± 2.67） d，（5.67 ± 0.99） d， the differences were statistically significant（ P＜0.05）.Conclusion　Personalized care with the health education in treatment of children with hand， foot and mouth disease plays an important role in shortening the time to cure and rash disappearing.
