The Clinical Effect of CDSP Treatment for Coronary Heart Disease

  • [Abstract]Objective To analyze the clinical effect of between CDSP and CDSP combined with cardiovascular drugs treatment for coronary heart disease. Methods We selected 100 patients with coronary heart disease,and used the random grouping method to divide them into experimental group(n=50) and control group(n=50). Experimental group was given CDSP combined with cardiovascular routine treatment for 1month, the control group was given cardiovascular routine therapy for 1 month. We compared the clinical effect and the serum level of TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,CRP and D-dimer between experimental group and control group.Results After treatment, the clinical effects on angina(P<0.05) and electrocardiogram( P<0.05)of experimental group were better than control group. Before treatment, there was no significant difference between experimental group and control group in the serum levels of TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,CRP and D-dimer (P>0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,CRP and D-dimer of experimental group is significant better than control group(P>0.05). Conclusions CDSP can effectively relieve the main symptoms of coronary heart disease.
