The Accuracy of Imaging and Pathological Diagnosis in 110 Cases of Pulmonary Space-occuping Lesions

［Abstract］Objective　To discusse the accuracy of imaging and pathological diagnosis in pulmonary space-occuping lesions. Methods　The clinical data of 110 cases of pulmonary space-occuping lesions confirmed by x-ray or CT were retrospectively analyzed. And the intercostal color ultrasound examination was performed to explore the space-occuping lesions of the lung, the biopsy was performed to confirm the diagnosis for the patients without a definitive diagnosis．Results　Among the 110 cases of pulmonary space-occuping lesions, there were 100 cases with the consistent results of imaging and pathological examination, accounting for 90.9%，with 95% CI（88.16%～93.64%）；there were 10 cases with different results of imaging and pathological examination，accounting for 9.09%．Conclusions　Ultrasound-guided percutaneous biopsy is a lowly risky，minimally invasive，safe and practical examination technology in the diagnosis of peripheral pulmonary space-occuping lesions. Ultrasound-guided percutaneous biopsy combined with pathological diagnosis can eliminate the eroor of the imaging diagnosis，and impove the diagnostic accuracy
