鼠神经生长因子联合红花黄素治疗老年糖尿病合并脑梗

  • [摘要]目的 观察鼠神经生长因子联合红花黄素治疗老年糖尿病合并脑梗塞的疗效.方法 纳入观察的80例老年糖尿病合并脑梗患者随机分为2组,Ⅰ组给予氧疗、应用脱水剂、控制血糖、阿司匹林,调脂,维持电解质平衡, 红花黄素注射液治疗.Ⅱ组在Ⅰ组的基础上加鼠神经生长因子.治疗15 d后对比疗效. 结果 治疗前后症状和神经功能评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 鼠神经生长因子联合红花黄素治疗老年糖尿病合并脑梗有效,值得临床推广.
