Abstract

［摘要］目的　探讨同型半胱氨酸水平（Hcy）和超敏C 反应蛋白（hs-CRP）与阿尔茨海默病（AD）病临床表现精神行为的关系．方法　选择云南省第三人民医院2014 年1 月至2016 年1 月住院的AD 患者20例，以酶法检测AD患者治疗前后血浆Hcy 与hs-CRP 水平，阿尔茨海默病病理行为（BEHAVE-AD）评定量表评估患者治疗效果，分析Hcy 与hs-CRP水平与AD患者精神行为症状的相关性．结果　AD 患者的精神行为评分与血浆Hcy、hs-CRP浓度治疗前后水平对比均存在差异（P＜0.01）．结论　Hcy，CRP浓度与AD患者精神行为有相关性.
