Clinical Effect of Laparoscopic Assisted Vaginal Hysterectomy and Transvaginal Hysterectomy for Non Prolapse of Uterus

［Abstract］Objective　To observe and analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy and vaginal hysterectomy for non prolapse of uterus．Methods　From March 2015 to April 2016， 126 cases of uterus benign lesions received surgical treatment in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was given laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy resection，while the control group was given routine vaginal hysterectomy. The blood loss，operative time，hospitalization time and complications incidence were compared between two groups. Results　The operation time and the amount of bleeding in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P < 0.05）. The length of stay in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P < 0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of surgical complications between the two groups （P > 0.05）. The quality of life of the two groups was compared with the total score， the observation group was higher （230.79 + 9.54）， P < 0.05， the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy and vaginal hysterectomy in the treatment of non prolapse uterus has a good clinical effect， should be chosen and applied based on the actual situation of patients.
