Clinical Effect of Internal Fixation in Treatment of Sacroiliac Joint Complex Injury

  • Objective To explore the clinical effect of internal fixation in treatment of sacroiliac joint complex injury.Methods Forty-two patients with sacroiliac joint complex injury who admitted to our hospitals from May 2013 to May 2014 were selected in this study.All enrolled patients were treated by percutaneous cannulated screw internal fixation, and the therapeutic effect was evaluated after treatment.Results All patients received X-ray scanning and CT scanningafter surgical treatment.The location of cannulated screw for internal fixation was accurate, and there was no position deviation and the phenomenon of sacral nerve injury.Among the 42 patients treated by surgery, 40 patients got fine pelvic recovery, the fine rate was 95.23%, 39 cases got good function recovery, the fine rate was 92.86%, and patients could get out of bed to receive rehabilitation training in one to four months after surgery.All patients were followed up for 6 months to 12 months, and all patients recovered well without complications such as inequality length of lower extremity and pelvic deformity.Conclusion Internal fixation for treatment of sacroiliac joint complex injury can get very good effect, and the operation is simple, safe and effective.
