A Clinical Controlled Study of Peripheral Nerve Stimulation by Ultrasound-guided on Low Muscular Tesion after Stroke

  • Objective To investigate the effects of electrical stimulation on peripheral by Ultrasound-guided on low muscular tesion after stroke.Methods Sixty-two stroke patients with low muscular tesion were divided randomly into a control group and a observation group.Both groups received routine clinic treatment and rehabilitation training, but the observation group was additional treated with peripheral nerve stimulation by ultrasound-guided.Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) was used to evaluate the effects before and after treatment, and time of 2groups that the tension of biceps brachii was improved to 2 level was compared.Results Compared with the control group (79.5%) , the total effective rate of cases in the observation group (93.3%) was statistically higher (P<0.05) ;Compared with the control group (17.21±5.12) d, the time of the observation groups (10.15±4.36) d that the tension of biceps brachii improved to 2 level was shorter (P<0.05) .Conclusion Peripheral nerve stimulation by ultrasound-guided may improve muscle tension in flaccid.
