  • MicroRNAs (miRNAs) is a class of small molecule non-protein-coding RNA, approximately 18 to 25 nt long. MiRNAs can act as endogenous RNA interference by regulating gene expression and translation at the posttranscriptional level. MiRNAs plays an important role in cell proliferation, apoptosis and tumorigenesis and development of a variety of physiological and pathological processes. In recent years, many studies have shown that miRNAs not only can be used as biomarkers for early diagnosis of lung cancer but also be involved in effective target for targeted therapy.
