  • Bladder cancer is the most common malignant tumor in urinary system, with increasing morbidity.The management of bladder cancer in different clinical stages are different, so the preoperative diagnosis plays an important role in the selection of the treatments. And it is also important for the postoperative quality of the patient's life. Ultrasound (US) , computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) are commonly used at present. And there are advantages and disadvantages among each of them. In recent years, the study of diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) in diagnosis of bladder cancer has become a hot topic. In this paper, the research on the value of DWI of bladder cancer will be reviewed.
