Abstract

Abstract

Objective To improve the students' learning interest in tennis, promote the popularization and development of tennis, tennis skills and improve students' mental health. Methods Two Tennis Elective Classes of2013 Grade were selected, 57 people in one class, was as the experimental group, 58 people in and another class was as the control group. The experimental group used team learning mode in tennis teaching, the control group was given to the traditional teaching model. Results Two groups of students had significant differences in density, forehand and backhand (P<0.05) , there was significant difference between the scores of two factors of summarization and psychosis in (P <0.05) , there were significant differences in scores of two factors of interpersonal relationship and paranoia (P<0.01) . Conclusion The cooperative learning model can improve the density of exercise, has a good effect on improving tennis skills and mental health.
