Clinical Efficacy of Interbody Fusion with Autogeneous Bone in the Treatment of Lumbar Spondylolisthesis

  • Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of interbody fusion with autogeneous bone in the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis. Methods 21 Cases of lumbar spondylolisthesis from January 2012 to June2016 were treated with interbody fusion with autogeneous bone. Before and after treatment, the imaging data, symptoms and signs, postoperative follow-up observation of vertebral reduction and vertebral bone graft fusion were observed and compared. Results In this study, 12 cases were excellent, 8 cases were better, 1 case was good; the excellent and good rate was 95.2%. Imaging results showed all the reduction of spondylolisthesis, the basic fusion of intervertebral bone graft 8 to 12 months after operation. The incidence of lumbar spondylolisthesis at 1 week, 3 months and 1 year after operation was significantly lower than that before operation (P<0.05) ;the intervertebral space height was significantly higher than that before operation (P <0.05) ; the angle of spondylolisthesis was significantly lower than that of preoperation (P <0.05) .Conclusion Interbody fusion with autogeneous bone in the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis is satisfactory, and worthy of promotion.
