Abstract

Abstract

Objective To study the improvement effect of ulinastatin for the oxygen free radical scavenging activity and inflammatory stress of patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods 52 patients with acute pancreatitis in our hospital from December 2015 to October 2016 were set as the observation object, and 52 patients were randomly divided into control group (26 cases) and observation group (26 cases) by the principle of random allocation. Patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment of acute pancreatitis, patients in the observation group were treated with ulinastatin on the basic treatment of control group.The oxygen free radical scavenging activity and inflammatory stress indexes of two groups before the treatment and at different time after the treatment were compared. Results The oxygen free radical scavenging activity and inflammatory stress indexes of control group and observation group before the treatment had no significant differences, all P >0.05, while the oxygen free radical scavenging activity and inflammatory stress indexes of observation group at different time after the treatment were all significantly better than the detection results of control group at the same time, all P<0.05, there were all significant differences. Conclusion The improvement effect of ulinastatin for the oxygen free radical scavenging activity and inflammatory stress of patients with acute pancreatitis is better, so the ulinastatin has active protection role for the body state of these patients.
