Abstract

Abstract

Objective To study and observe the clinical effect of octreotide in the patients with acute pancreatitis and its influence on the pancreatic blood flow.Methods 82 patients with acute pancreatitis in our hospital from October 2015 to July 2016 were set as the research object, and 82 patients were divided into control group 41 cases and observation group 41 cases according to the principle of random allocation.Patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment of acute pancreatitis, while patients in the observation group were treated with octreotide on the basic treatment, then the total clinical effective rates, pancreatic head and tail blood flow indexes before and after the treatment of two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The total clinical effective rates of observation group with mild and severe pancreatitis were higher than those of control group, the pancreatic head and tail blood flow indexes at different time after the treatment were all obviously higher than those of control group, all P<0.05, the differences were all significant.Conclusion The clinical effect of octreotide on the patients with acute pancreatitis is better, and it can significantly improve the pancreatic blood flow state, so its application value in the patients with acute pancreatitis is higher.
