The Analysis of T Lymphocyte Subset Among Newly-discovered HIV Infectors and Patients

  • Objective Through the detection of confirmed T lymphocyte subset around HIV infectors and patients newly found in lab, analyze the variation of T lymphocyte subset among HIV-antibody positive infectors/patients in different age, gender and nation, realize and estimate the disease progression and immune function after HIV injection to provide the experimental reference for planning the prevention and cure strategic program.Methods We reviewed and analyzed the first deduction result of T lymphocyte subset among HIV-antibody positive infectors/patients confirmed by First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University in2014-2017, and conducted the statistic analysis according to the above data.Results The average means of determined T lymphocyte subset were:CD3+T cells (cells/μL) :1252±821;CD3+CD4+T cells (cells/μL) :216±186;CD3+CD8+T cells (cells/μL) :993±720;CD45+T cells (cells/μL) :1708±974;CD3+/CD45+T cells (cells/μL) :0.55±0.32;CD3+CD4+T/CD45+T cells (cells/μL) :0.10±0.13;CD3+CD8+T/CD45+T cells (cells/μL) :0.42±0.27;CD3+CD4+CD8+T/CD45+T cells (cells/μL) :0.004±0.006.Further study demonstrated the impacts of gender, age and nation on the calculated means of T lymphocyte subset.Conclusion The level of (HIV/AIDS) CD3+CD4+lymphocyte infectors/patients discovered by First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University in2014-2017 are relatively low, efforts should be made in enlarging the detection coverage to make sure that the infectors can receive the detection and confirmed diagnosis in preliminary period.
